What's Included?
Our fees are calculated based on a team size of 10 players. If a team has 9 players, season cost will be 5-10% more. If a team has 11 players, season will be 5-10% less.

- Tournament Entry Fees
- Coaches Travel Expenses
- Apparel Kit: 2 Practice shirts, 2 jerseys, warmup set (jogger/hoodie), backpack and 2 spandex shorts
- Administrative Expenses: Covering everyday operational costs, website hosting, etc.
What's NOT Included?
- National tournament - if your team gets a National bid then there will extra fees to accommodate
- Player & parents travel. Parents/players are responsible for booking their own flights, hotels and transportation to and from the airport, playing sites, along with paying for their own food. Ace Elite will block off rooms. At least one parent must travel with their child for out of state tournaments. If the parents cannot attend, they can set up accommodations with another family.
