Position:   Volleyball Coach

Location: Otsego & the NW metro

Employment Type:   Seasonal

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs for players of various skill levels.
• Conduct team practices and games with a focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Provide individual coaching and feedback to players.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive program.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive environment for all players.

Requirements:

• Previous coaching experience or high-level playing experience.
• Strong understanding of volleyball techniques, strategies, and rules.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire players.
